The ALP Group
ALP is a USD 260 million Group, founded in 1985 in India, and is now globally acknowledged as the pioneer in Polymer based products in India. The Group has been in the business for 35 years, having 7 state of the art manufacturing units located in India & 2 across Africa and Australia. ALP group constitutes of 11 companies with a presence around the globe and employs over 2,000 trained workforces & 200 expat professionals.
Global Presence
Having strategic footprint across the globe, the Group has been catering to various industries with its wide range of Polymer extrusion & Molded products. With a clear focus on Innovation & Sustainability, the group is also fully aligned with the emerging requirements at a large level and creating its mark with the quality products that bring value to our customers.
India operations
Having deep roots in the country, the company is fully in sync with the Make in India initiative. Our 7 Manufacturing plants across the country and DSIR approved R&D Centers ensure that we are fulfilling all the domestic requirements, producing import alternatives, and maximizing exports

Leadership Team
Iqbal Singh Anand pioneered the ALP Group in the year 1984 and has been driving it with his expertise and unparalleled domain knowledge. He was one of the first persons to promulgate the EPDM technology in India. With the experience of more than 40 years in the industry, Mr. Anand has nurtured the Group towards achieving great heights in the automotive industry.
Under Mr. Anand’s guidance and pragmatic approach, the ALP Group has become a sought after name in the polymer industry, catering to the needs of various automobile and HVAC manufacturers in India and abroad. A well-known and respected industrialist among OEMs such as Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra and Mahindra, Nissan, Tata Motors etc. and aftermarkets.
Mr. Anand graduated from the University of Delhi and inherited the business of automobile trade from his father, Late Dr. Rattan Singh Anand, a visionary who ventured into the trading in the automotive components way back immediately after independence when the automobile industry was at a nascent stage in India.
In his leisure time, Mr. Anand likes to watch and occasionally play cricket and listening to music.
